  • Can I buy a pair of lashes to try?

Unfortunately, we are unable to sell one pair of lashes to try because we generously offer sets.

  • How long will it take for my order to ship?

We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. We ship with USPS First Class Mail with tracking ( 5-7 days) and Priority mail ( 2 - 4 days). For more info please see Shipping & Delivery.

  • Do you offer free shipping and returns?

Free U.S. Shipping on all orders over $50. We don't offer returns, all sales are final. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. 

Shipping to be paid by buyer. Rates are based on address, weight and dimensions of orders.

  • What if I need to change my order?

We'll be happy to help. Email us at winsomelash@gmail.com with your order # as soon as possible.  If the order hasn't already been processed, we will be able to accommodate you.

  • USPS says DELIVERED, but it’s nowhere to be found!

No worries! Wait another business day because occasionally parcels will be mistakenly marked as delivered by the shipping courier prematurely. If the package did not arrive the following day, please contact your local post office before emailing us at winsomelash@gmail.com.

  • I need to cancel my order! What should I do?

Please email info@winsomelash.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped already, we will do our best to cancel it.
